Serpaix is primarily open source software released under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the license terms. The source code is available at github.com/AswinJava/serpaix.

Cloud Services

If you choose to use Serpaix Cloud (sync, collaboration features), additional terms apply. Cloud services are provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime or data availability. You are responsible for maintaining local backups.

Acceptable Use

• You may not use Serpaix for illegal activities.
• You may not reverse-engineer cloud services (local code is already open source).
• You may not use the service to store or distribute malware.
